Tools I Use Everyday

For my business to thrive, I use a lot of different tools and apps that streamline the way I work. I’m going to share with you the 8 most common tools I use on a daily basis.

1.     Canva:

Canva is a design tool that helps me create my content and gives inspiration to the designs I make by providing customizable templates.

2.     Trello:

Trello is a project management app that I use to keep track of all of my ideas and make lists of what I have to do each day.

3.     Later:

Later is the scheduling software I use to schedule posts to Instagram and Facebook ahead of time. You can also save hashtag combinations and captions through Later as well.

4.     LastPass

LastPass allows me to have access to my client’s Instagram and Facebook pages without needing their password information.

5.     HoneyBook

Honeybook is such an amazing tool that keeps track of all of my clients, potential clients, emails, calendars, workflows, and scheduling options.  Get HoneyBook for 20% off for one year with my referral link.

6.     Splice

Splice is a video editing tool that makes creating reels much easier and can be done on your phone.

7.     Pinterest

Pinterest is used to get inspiration for my business’s aesthetic. Creating boards with my brand colors helps inspire my content for my social media platforms.

8.     Pexels

Pexels is what I use to get free stock photos for content creation. Just search keywords in the search bar and hundreds of free images will appear for you to use.

If you have any questions or just want to learn more about tools or apps I use, send me a message from the contact page and I will answer it for you!
